Partner Couplet Dash

This workout was the Maxout Crossfit WOD 1 time on 08/10/2012

Both Partners must complete all reps of each couplet before moving to next couplet.  Reps can be performed in any order and switching between movements is allowed.Partners can perform both movements of each couplet simultaneously.

Couplet #1 (must use one bench and one jump rope per team)

50 reps each

Bench Press (155/75)

Double Unders(150 jump ropes)

Couplet #2

50 reps Russian Twists each hip 100 total (25/10)

Row 1000 meters

Couplet #3

50 Ball Slams (30/20)

8 stair down/backs
